Ihlas Construction Group has produced people-oriented projects that prioritize
quality, comfort and economic sustainability since its inception. We do not only
closely follow the latest developments in the realm of construction but also make
a point of utilizing them in our projects.

The projects we have completed so far were all realized by means of these basic
principles. These projects are easily distinguishable from our competitors’ with
their ample green areas as well as wide landscaping works and are among the
most-preferred brands in the sphere of construction.

In 1990, we broke fresh ground with our project named Ihlas Yuva Evleri Estate,
which we constructed by making use of innovative concepts in the construction
sector.

At a time when there were no more than 190 subscribers registered to national gas
institution across Istanbul, the number of subscribers increased to as many as 1,190
immediately with Ihlas Yuva Evleri Estate, which comprised 1,000 residential units.
Thus, it was in this housing project that natural gas began to be used commonly
for the first time in the city of Istanbul. We rightly take pride in having constructed
the first housing project in Turkey with combi boilers, which serve multi purposes
such as water heating, room heating and floor heating. We were also first in the
industry to use panel doors, which have lately come to be known as American panel
doors and are commonly used across the city and offer true insulation against heat
through extruded polystyrene used in them.

As of day one, we have never ceased to prioritize people and the environment over
other elements. We have constructed houses, villas, holiday resorts, educational
campuses, and business centers without compromising on quality. We have proudly
brought together tens of thousands of families through these exceptional projects.
We take pleasure in being loved and admired as a result of all these projects.

We also derive power and confidence from our history, which is full of success
stories, and wish many happy and prosperous years to all.
